The stability ball was originally designed for use in the rehabilitation of patients with neurological disorders and spinal injuries. Pioneered by Mike and Stephanie Morris in the 1990s, Resist-A-Ball crossed over into the fitness arena and has become a "must have" piece of training equipment for nearly every personal trainer and fitness professional.
Resist-A-Ball stability balls are known for their quality, strength and durability. They hold up to 1000 lbs. static weight and are ideal for dynamic and ballistic workouts where external resistance, such as dumbbells or barbells, are incorporated.
